Chef Eyad, one of two restaurants that have recently opened serving smoked #meat. The concept centres on choosing parts of lambs or veal (neck, shoulder) which are tender and are served by weight. All other extras (salad, rice) come complementary. The concept originated in Turkiyi. I expected better. I still need to try the other one. My rating is #good.
