Quintessence a 3 Michelin Star and one of the finest Restaurants in Tokyo Japan. This regulars only Restaurant is listed as one of the toughest reservations in the world. It is said that it is easier to secure the teacher’s 3 Michelin start L’Astrance in Paris than Quintessence itself. No photography is allowed. My rating is Very Good.
