Chef Michael White’s glittering Italian Seafood establishment on Central Park South, Marea, has landed in Dubai. To be fair, this is not your usual classic Italian Restaurant. It is an upscale seafood Italian restaurant. The original one in New York has two Michelin Stars so one has to expect a level of sophistication in the dishes they serve. This visit we focused on Pasta dishes which we found to be top notch. In fact, they are the best pasta dishes I have tried in Dubai so far. The menus displays limited choice of Desserts which could be disappointing but on the positive side we tried four desserts and all of them were excellent. My overall rating is Excellent.
