Kahani, which translates to 'story' in Hindi, is chef Peter Joseph’s (former head chef of Tamarind in Mayfair) first solo restaurant in Chelsea. Kahani serves modern Indian cuisine fusing Indian recipes with British ingredients and Spanish-sized portions of tapas. The food is inspired by Peter's upbringing in Tamil Nadu, the southernmost state of India. The food is really delicious apart from the bread which was soggy and not crispy. Also the desserts need serious improvement. Overall rating is Very Good.
