Gallada is the New Turk-Asian Dining Experience renowned Chef Fatih Tutak. The cuisine captures falvours from Türkiye through Central Asia to China. It is a shared plates concept. The menu includes dishes ranging from the Adana kebab dumpling to Signature Tandoori Duck. The appetizers and desserts were excellent. The Appetizers outshined the mains by far. We didn’t like any of the mains we ordered; The rib eye was very chewy. The duck pancake was thick compared to normal Peking Duck. Service was disjointed, started very well then it got very slow, almost non-existent. Rating is Very Good.
