Thank you for a wonderful experience chef Bjorn Frantzen. Frantzen the first and only three Michelin Star Restaurant in Stockholm, Sweden. A true representative of new Nordic Cuisine. A wonderful experience. My rating based on overall experience is Outstanding. A French toast with aged cheese, lot of truffle and 100 year old balsamic vinegar.
