Dar Hamad is an authentic Kuwaiti brand restaurant inspired by the Kuwait culture. The aesthetic of the project is a mixture of the past years, specifically from the 50’s to the 70’s of Kuwait. The visual appearance represents a rebirth of the traditional 'Dar Hamad' that dates back to the golden era. The food include influences from The Arabian Peninsula, Persia, India, and the Mediterranean to embrace the entirety of a modern Kuwaiti taste palate. As for rating, it falls between good and very good. I would rate it Very Good although very few items were memorable.
