Chinor is a new restaurant serving Uzbek cuisine. Uzbek cuisine shares the culinary traditions of peoples across Central Asia. There is a great deal of grain farming in Uzbekistan, so breads and noodles are of importance, and Uzbek cuisine has been characterized as "noodle-rich". Mutton is a popular variety of meat due to the abundance of sheep in the country and it is a part of various Uzbek dishes. Chinor serves complimentary bread fresh and warm. Dolma, Lamb Shashlik and the rice pilaf were good. The Manti was huge compared to Turkish Manti and was below average. The food in general is on the oily side. Prices were very moderate. Overall rating is Good.
