Bachir, founded in the little town of Bikfaya, Lebanon in 1936 by two brothers, Maurice & Edward Bachir who espoused two sisters, Marie-Antoinette & Yvette Bejjani, and all four started making ice cream in the backyard of the house they lived in together. This is their first branch outside Lebanon . Their specialty is cream ice cream Ashta and it is really very good. I also tried the dark chocolate and was equally Very Good.
