Based on a recommendation from Amr ElDib and with lots of help from Saeed Mohmd I managed to get a “ticket” to the famous three Michelin stars Alinea. Chef Grant Achatz features highly creative plates purveying Molecular Gastronomy to new edges. Dishes emanate from a centrifuge or to be pressed into capsules. It is an experience but I am not sure worth repeating. My rating is Very Good.
