Update (Feb 27, 2022): Another visit to 11 Woodfire. Finally managed to try the bone marrow. But the highlight of the dinner was the Bone Marrow Chocolate. Finally managed to try 11 Woodfire by Chef @akmalanuarofficial . A new dining concept using unique cooking technique of grilling using wood. The beef tartare, the Blue Fin Tuna and the burger (1,2,5 photos) were the highlight of the dinner. The Turbot was also Excellent. Overall rating is Very Good.
